February is a month to celebrate service, and tonight was a special one.
This evening, we had the honor of recognizing 25 years of dedicated service from Chief Travis Cromack and Past Chief Richard Higley, Sr. A dinner was held with their families in attendance to celebrate their commitment to Tunxis Hose and our community.
Joining Chief Cromack were his son, Travis Jr, and his father Albert Cromack, who will soon be celebrating an incredible 55 years of service with the Company.
Past Chief Higley was joined by his wife Cheryl (an unwavering supporter of Tunxis Hose) his sons Rich Jr. and Zach, both members of the department, as well as Zach’s girlfriend, Amanda.
During our meting, we also proudly recognized Richard Glanovsky for an outstanding 65 years of service, and Lt. Lansing Nye-Madden for 10 years of service to the department.
One night, one meeting, 125 combined years of service to our community. Thank you to all those who continue to serve. Your dedication does not go unnoticed!
