6.25.15 - On May 10th we lost one of our members and past Chief Raymond “Rick” Bouchard, Sr. to cancer. For decades Rick worked tirelessly on our Carnival and gave so much of his time ensuring we provided a great and affordable experience to our citizens. For his 37 years of service, this year’s Carnival is being held in memory of Raymond “Rick” Bouchard (1948 – 2015) and I hope all in attendance will enjoy the Carnival that he dedicated himself to perfecting each year.
